Professional, courteous, kept me informed. And the car was very clean when I got it back.

I wated to drive my vehicle for a week before reaching out to Paul with any issues. ****) My battery died 10 minutes after leaving the shop. Got it replaced under warranty after being stranded twice. 2) my backup sensor doesn't detect anything. That is all for now. Thanks. -Mike

There is still a ding on the passenger back door. Also it looks like there is some kind of paint spray that got on the driver side door window and it makes it look cloudy and is not coming off when washed.

Being from out of town, I felt like a local and was treated well by Paul, the shuttle driver and Heather. Thank you. A special thanks to the detailer who buffed out those other scratches on my car and were not part of the repair. That was a great surprize and one of those things that demonstrates true caring in customer satisfaction by going above and beyond what was expected.
