I was EXTREMELY pleased with my visit to the collision center! I had to bring my car in to get my back bumper fixed after i was rearended and was delighted to find out that the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I also received updates throughout the repair process, which was convenient. Everything was explained clearly and I felt like i left my car in capable hands. When i picked my car up i was thrilled to see that they washed it as they promised and even vacuumed it which I didn't expect! My back bumper is in perfect condition and my car looks brand new again! THANK YOU!

My car looks great! Took a little longer than I expected but Richardo part of the Alfred Mathews team took great care of me.

I noticed my car has a lot of for scratches. Maybe from being washed/ waxed/ polished. Not sure which. The gloss finish was removed on roof area by rear passenger door. There's some glob I driver side door. I was told a tire had a screw and leaking air. I drove that car for about 2 wks from accident date to drop off date and not once did my air pressure sensor indicate low tire pressure. I wasn't informed until I arrived to pick it up. I would of liked to of been called and told to at least have them replace it and me pay it but I honestly feel that puncture happened there at Alfred Matthews. I've been to this place before and left happy. This time I am extremely disappointed. I've called my insurance to see What can be done to fix this. I'm hoping Alfred Matthews will take it upon themselves to call me back to remedy the situation.
