I am extremely pleased with the repair work on my vehicle. It’s like it’s brand new. Ricardo and his crew were great. They kept me informed on a consistent basis so o knew exactly what was going on. And they delivered it to me inpritinr vonditon a week early! Who does that? Not many repair shops in my experience! I couldn’t be happier!

It was a complete waste of my time and effort. I agreed to have Alfred Matthews repair my vehicle with hopes there was no limitations. For multiple reasons I will never return or recommend services there. Dont get me wrong, the exterior looks great but my headlight and airbag light is still on. I was ignorantly advised to take it to a volvo "dearlership" like it was a hop away. I had to inform the gentleman that there isnt a local volvo dearlership within my area or else i would have agreed to have my vehicle completely and thoroughly repaired there. So now that they took my deductible im told that the signals that are on are history mechanical issue?! This means it creates an inconvenience on a customer to take it else work to finish the job. Before they agreed to work on my vehicle and knew their limitations, i wish they would have been completely honest that im better off going to a European body and repair shop. But obviously agreed to take me on as a customer to screw me over. Needless to say, its still not in the condition it was before my accident. Wbich i was under the impression that they would repair it throughly.

My Ford Fusion looks great! I really appreciate receiving text messages that kept me updated on my car's progress. The staff was really nice and helpful. I will highly reccomend Alfred Matthew's Collison to everyone. Thank you so much
