When my key fob was returned to me, it was not in the same condition it was when I dropped it off. It seems as if someone messed with the key inside causing it to be loose.

This is my second time coming to Davidson Collision center. First time was for a deer collision repair, and this time it was for a collision with a piece of a truck tire in the middle of the road. Both times I left very satisfied with the replaced fenders and body work. It's exactly as if the accident never happened. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The ceiling and side interior panels have grease and filthy fingerprints on them. This is a brand new truck, and returning my vehicle in this condition is not acceptable.

This is the second time that I have used Davidson for my Vehicle repairs. The first time, the technician forgot to connect the door handle clips inside of the panel. So after I got home "other side of Black River", I realized the driver door would not open from the outside side. This time, the technician forgot to install the door dampener on the rear door. Also the bottom door latch sticks and does not lock when the door is closed half the time. Not to mention my door sounds like a empty soda can hitting the ground when the door is shut. I will not be taking anymore of my vehicles to this shop for repairs of any sort ever again. Given the fact, every single time, there is always a problem, which ends with me taking more time off of work, which means less money in my pocket, all because your technicians that work in a trade that revolves around attention to detail, fail to meet the standard.
