It took longer than expected. Can't understand Why the tailgate wasn't included in the estimate It is part of the truck bed.

Erica gave us personal care and was concerned for the progression of the repair and continues to fight for our insurance claim. We appreciate her service.

Original quoted time for repairs to be completed was ****/16 or ****/17. Then changed to Friday ****/19 3:52 to ****/19 @ 5:19. I called to make sure car would be done by 5:30 on ****/19 & was told no. Bumper wouldn't fit but car would be ready on Monday. ****/22 didn't hear anything on car until I received a text that the car was picked up. Nope car wasn't picked up, never notified it was ready. Made another call, was told working on car & if it would be ready wouldn't be until around 5:30 (closing time). Got the call at 5:10 that car was washed & would be ready for pick up today. Very poor customer service keeping me informed what was going on & that repairs took **** week longer than originally quoted. Can't even speak out repairs yet as I haven't picked up the car yet.

I went into this with dread and finished completely surprised by how easy it was to get my car fixed! Every one was very courteous and professional and I never felt left out of the loop. Thank You! I will be recommending Davidson collision in the future!

I just paid $67 at another garage for the front end alignment to restore my car to It's pre-accident state. I mentioned the alignment was out with every contact prior and during the repairs and was assured it would be taken care of, but it was not done. My car was not safe when you returned it to me. NOT HAPPY WITH END PRODUCT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU!

I drove 1000 miles one way to have Davidson's collision shop repair my vehicle. I do this because of the high degree of technical expertise and integrity displayed with every visit. Davidson Collision receives my highest recommendation.

I have never dealt with Davidson's regarding automobiles; however, I was pleasantly satisfied with the service, process, professionalism, and kindness displayed by their work and employees. When I initially planned to pick my car up, I noticed the tiniest of imperfection. The employee reassured me that it will be fixed and available the next day. After receiving a ride back to my work from a service worker (my ride dropped me off thinking I would leave in my car), I knew how committed they were to pleasing their customers. The day my car was ready for pickup, the employee that worked on my car personally delivered it to my place of employment. I was greeted with a familiar smile and wave from the service guy who dropped me off the day before! The two workers went above and beyond to make my week without a vehicle worth it. Thank you for the smooth/unstressful experience! My car looks brand new!
