The work done was great. There was a complete lack of communication. They did not call me when the repair changed and was extended which left me scrambling to get a rental car. I was told multiple times it was going to be done and when calling to confirm that pick up was told it would be the next day. This happened 3 times. The last time I told the rep I wanted to come in and speak with manager. Suddenly they tell me it will be done at the end of the day. I told them when scheduling the appt about additional damage on the roof. I was told it would be addressed with my insurance company. I told them if my insurance company would not consider it under this claim I still needed it repaired. I expected a call about this, but It was not to be. I was told to call my insurance company and talk to them. Because of this I will have to bring it somewhere for an additional repair. I was told about an injury to one of your personnel leading to the delays in the work/detailing being completed. That does not explain the complete lack of communication and to be honest should not be my issue. Also I asked about the texts I was receiving because it did not match the dates I was being told. I was told to disregard them because this did not work correctly. Then why was I still receiving them? I am really questioning my choice of Davidson’s as my repairer and considering I bought the vehicle from Davidson’s, I expected better.

Davidson Nissan did an exemplary job with the repair of my vehicle! My vehicle was repaired with such perfection that unless I were to tell someone it had been damaged, one would not know! My vehicle was washed, and vacuumed upon my arrival to pick it up. Actually, it looked as though I had just purchased it! I was asked if I wanted text updates sent to my phone. I said okay. The text told me my car would be done on Wed. June 27 at 5 p.m. Twice I received this text. I was very disappointed when I found out my car would not be ready at that date.Why the text if it is wrong?

He was very professional and very helpful to me and my husband in answering any questions or concerns we had about the process of getting my vehicle repaired. Repair took 39 days when estimated time was 7 days. Was told many times my vechile would be done and wasn't. My insurance will only cover 30 days of rental. So now because the repair took so long I have to pay for rental out of pocket for 9 days. The vehicle body work looked great but the interior detailed looked like it was very rushed. Not vacuumed and the there was a waxy substance all over my dash and controls

Very fast turnaround on my truck. Quality work looks brand new. I found an issue with the back door sounding hollow when you shut it and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. They even returned my rental car for me which was very helpful also. Keep up the great work your technicians and staff are amazing.
