The repair to the body of my car looks great. However- made a drive out of town after getting my car. When driving the car on the freeway, noticed the car pulling to the left - and a slight vibration when the cruise control was engaged. I will contact Collision One and my insurance regarding next steps for any additional service needed.
Other than this issue - would recommend Collision One to anyone needing body work on their car.

I appreciate that they were able to get my vehicle in, fix it in a timely manner and cleaned the outside and vacuumed the inside. They did a great job, it looks really nice and having it cleaned was an awesome bonus!

I appreciate your getting my car in for repair. As it was deemed 'undrivable' and wrecking it was not a planned event, I was in a real pickle without transportation. Once you got my car, I felt reassured with the weekly updates on the repair. While I trusted that you were doing a good job, it is nice to not feel that I am taking you away from your work if I call for a status update. Your calls eliminated this issue. AND the car was completed sooner than originally estimated! I will certainly recommend your shop!

The text tool used and the text messages received provided no value for our family. It caused multiple phone calls to be made to shop on status. No estimate was received through the tool. Why use a text tool, if you cant communicate with it?
