I was very pleased with the end results. I just picked up my vehicle. It looks the same as I drove it off the lot when I purchased it. The only improvement I can suggest from this experience is to verify the correct parts and look the vehicle over right before the customer comes to pick it up. I experienced a flat tire and wrong bumper. But I realize people are human and they do make mistakes. My overall experience was pleasing.
