The job done to the car was great but the amount of time I was told the car would be completely done was inconsistent. Every time I called to check when I was able to pick up the car I was given some excuse on why the car wasn’t done and was never given a hard date. This was extra out of pocket expenses on my end due to me having to keep the rental car longer than expected. I’m not a body shop expert but in my opinion the damage to my car should not have taken two weeks to repair. The collision center had the parts weeks in advance and I couldn’t drop the car until 2 months after the claim was filed. I was never given an honest estimate on when the car would be completed.

It was very helpful that you have a MapFre appraiser on site-- it really expedited things. My only constructive feedback would be that I did have to call several times to get updates, even when I had been told someone would call me back. Also, it's been 2 weeks since our car was returned to us, and we are still waiting for a hubcap. I called and left a message (in fairness it was Friday afternoon) but have not been called back yet (a day later). Lastly, there seemed to be a lack of communication between the appraiser and MapFre that led to some confusion--apparently Mapfre wasn't aware the appraiser was on-site. Overall, though, everything went much better than expected, and Langway was much more helpful and informative that MapFre. We would certainly recommend you--in fact I already have done so on the Salve Regina families Facebook page. We are grateful we found you. Thank you!

Lack of communication regarding car status and additional repairs needed. I had to call to get any information. Received car with some sort of cream colored looking dust on the inside which I'm guessing was used as part of the painting process.
