They failed to fix the primary issue with my vehicle. The second I walked up to my car I could tell they hadn't even started work on the tire, but remembered to wash the car. Clean broken car is useless to a dirty fixed car. There was also scratches on the car that weren't there before hand.

My truck looks amazing after a pretty brutal collision causing significant front-end damage. I wasn't sure what I'd get back, but, it looks better than it did before the accident! It was so convenient to have the truck worked on so close to home and Glacier Autoworks seemed to make every effort to speed the process along. It took them just 4 weeks to complete the job which was within the originally estimated time frame. I have heard complaints from multiple people that their vehicles were in other body shops for months on end after their accidents.

The body work looks nice but attention to detail was not satisfying. There was an add on piece that was broken during disassembly and I wasn't notified until I got to the shop to pick up the truck. It has been ordered and I will have to return to have it reinstalled. In addition, the window control switch was not reinstalled in the interior of the door. It was just sitting on the door trim, attached to the wiring but not reinstalled. I will contact the office to coordinate fixing these issues.

I just picked up the vehicle and it seems to be fine. However, it will take a couple of driving experiences to notice if all things on the subaru run to standard. Nonetheless, I really appreciate the great customer service and the communication of progress that occurred.

They always do a great job and pretty quick as well. I have been most happy with them. This time I forgot something in my car and needed it fast. I dropped by and within minutes he had me to my car to get what I needed.

I was not called upon my car being finished with repairs. Enterprise called me today (Jan 14) after my car was finished to say that my rental would need to be returned today if I wanted my insurance company to finish the payment. Anything after today would be charged to me. Because I was at work today when Enterprise called I wasn't able to return my rental car because both Glacier Autoworks and Enterprise were closed when I got off work. The only way that I knew my car was finished is because my insurance company and rental car company were notified. Because Glacier Autoworks did not call me when my car was finished on Jan 13 they have cost me an additional day of my car rental to include taxes. I plan to pick up my car tomorrow morning (Thursday, Jan 15). I'm hopeful that the repairs are completed as planned.
