Addison collision went above and beyond!!! My car got vandalized right before christmas. My cars window was busted out, the roof was damaged and i had a dent in my trunk. My one year olds car seat was in the car and got destroyed. Because of the holidays we didnt have the money to buy a new one. They made sure we got one!!!. I had to hold back the tears it helped us so much. It was the exact same one even. They kept me updated everyday on the process of when my car would be done. Somethings that needed fixed like the headliner in the car i wasnt sure what it was so i went down to look. They showed me and explained what is was. I wasnt sure to replace it or not and they gave me great advise on what would happen if i didnt. When i picked my car up it looked better thab it did when i got it. Inside and out. My car was a mess when it got vandalized and i wasnt able to clean it up due to the glass every where. They put all my belongings in ny trunk nice and neat and it smelt brand new. Through the whole process the staff were amazing. They were so friendly and made me feel like i was in the right hands. They are hands down the one to go to. Thank you so much addison Collison.

Being in an accident is rough. And it was even worse with holidays right around the corner, but you guys told us our only family car would be done by the 21st and it was! We cannot thank you guys enough! The car looks just as it did and drives just as well! Thank you so much!
