On a scale of **** - 10 I would have to surpass that and give Bergen Brookside a score of "100". People showed a real interest in helping me get repairs done quickly. They communicated with the Insurance Company, and me quickly and efficiently. Work was time in a timely manner and I received daily cell phone updates and then telephone calls from Rose as we approached the stated completion date. Repair work done was excellent and my Toyota Sienna was returned to me clean, beautifully washed and tires perfectly clean and shiny. I would be happy to refer anyone to Bergen Brookside. Great Work. I do not believe that the extent of the work performed on my vehicle was truly necessary. I will be informing my insurance company of the same and requesting an investigation. The total charge for the repair given the minimal extent of damage (approximately 20% of the MSRP of the car) is ludicrous. Additionally the vehicle was not ready when originally promised despite being in the shop for nearly 2 weeks.
