No repairs were done, car was in an accident and a total loss. Insurance company sent someone to pick it up. All I did was a verbal release.

The body work on the car looks great thanks to the mechanics and Tonya the receptionist went the extra mile to make sure that we could pick up the car on a Saterday however the young lady working at the register (Robin was very rude and did nothing to help us at all.) Tommy Hicks is a nobody in Lubbock Texas but he is the Mayor of Denver City. One of the guys offer to deliver the car to Levelland for us but all we wanted was to take the car with us. We had a very stressful time picking up our car.

Only complaint I have is that I was not notified to let me know that estimate would be changing. Did not return vehicle as it was brought in with accessories. Will call about that.
