Omg, I don't even know where to begin from the day after my accident I Googled places for repair as I didn't want my insurance company to choose a place. ICC had the most stars online and when I called Evelyn was such a warm welcome that I didn't even go in for just the estimate I just dropped my car off for repairs. They called enterprise arranged pick up for us,I was given and estimated date of when the car would be ready which came and past. However the ICC team kept me updated on the status and reason for date change. This was the most amazing experience I ever had even with leaving items in the car and being able to come to shop and enter work area to retrieve items. This ICC team was put together to run a business and you can clearly tell its a family and you become apart of it when you hire them. I really appreciate the email updates and phone calls from Scott and Jose regarding the status of my vehicle. I'm happy I selected ICC!

My only complaint is that I took my car in on Tuesday evening and was told I would hear from someone on Wednesday. No one called me, and since I was traveling, I didn't think much of it. Thursday morning Jose called me to tell me that I still hadn't called esurance to have them create an open assignment. No one had told me prior to this that I needed to do that. When I told him that, he was very apologetic. Everything was great. I do love the email updates. Thank you!
