There are little circular dents in the paint. Unsure if the paint is uneven or it needs buffed more to smooth it out. Also, our car key got all scratched up. Nothing too major at the end of the day, just not highly satisfied with overall experience. Afterall, it looks better than when we brought it in.

When I had to return my car after picking it up due to an I completed repair, the manager (I think his name is Paul) told me that I could have a free fill-up of gas. Linda was very professional and courteous to deal with. I very much appreciated her thorough follow-up to my repair. She was also very good to deal with. I will recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Toyota Germain. A+ customer service.

I was sent 2 emails telling me I would receive email up dates. I never did. I called to find out the job was complete. We had set up to have a service done to rotate tires and change the oil. I talked to a woman in the collision dept who said a gentleman in service said we weren’t due for oil change. I told her I wanted it done because it so inconvenient to come back when we were only 1200 miles short of the scheduled change. The oil change wasn’t done.

Well they told it would 5 to 6 business days which l wasn't happy about, but it only took 3 days and a half very impressed, and it looks gd and love detailing you did on my car inside and out! And receptionist was also great and friendly. I'm not sure of her name but she agreed to wait passed her shift for n Me to get my car, and l thank you, you guys!

My experience was horrible! The customer service team is not flexible as evidence by I returned to get something out my vehicle and was denied access to my car. In addition, I was contacted by customer service the day of to pick up my car and not a day prior, so that I could make necessary arrangements. Lastly, there were wires left hanging out my car and the damage was not done to that area of my car.
