The estimated date of completion was July 3 (15 days). It was completed on July 24 (36 days). I depend on my car for work. I was continually postponing appointments, thinking it would be done on one of the many postponements. Had the estimate been closer to reality, I would have had 2+ weeks of possible appointments. If you take on too much work, turn some down. If it will be an extended time, then at least be clear that it will be 30+ days.

The only issue had was the lack of communication. I had to call every time to know anything. They kept my car way longer then expected. I understand things can come up but again they didn’t really keep me the loop with my car. Paul was very nice though!

My 2019 Toyota Tacoma only had 2,300 miles on it when I had a deer collision. This truck was is brand new condition. I do not feel the truck is in the same condition after the repairs. There are a few scuff marks on the front bumper that looks like it was assembled before paint was completely dry. One of the fender flares down not have paint on part of the top surface. A corner of the hood is lower than the fender. Transmission shift points also seem different than before the deer collision. Not sure if this is due to having to replace the ECM.

Upon receiving my Toyota ,I found paint spots and small blemishes that were not acceptable! Brandon Back said to bring back on Wed. at 2:00 and he would have it buffed out! If this does not fix these problems then I would expect Service King to make it right at here expense! This is a brand new 2019 Camary! I am sick enough that it was reared then having it at Service King for 10 days this should have been perfect.

There was some sort of substance all over my dash display and the inside of my windshield. It was sticky and greasy and would not wipe off. It made the dash display including mph hard to read. My husband’s having to have it re-detailed to try and find something to remove it.
