The repair service and the communication was excellent. There is no need to contact Service King for updates on your vehicle Service King will keep you informed through every stage. Pick up day BE prepared TO BE impress and guys excellent cleaning job on the inside of my vehicle.

Steven Gates was very helpful and knowledgeable when writing the estimate. Tom is the tech who did the work on my car and it looks phenomenal! Can't even tell where the damage was! Very pleased. I will most definitely recommend Service King and this location. Thanks!

I called and scheduled my 1st appt. on 12/28/16. When i brought car in i explained i did not have rental coverage. I was told they could pre order the part (i even offerred my CC and was told no problem.) It needed a front bumper. When i brought the car in, on ****/23/17 I was treated like I had not ever been there before. No estamite could be found, I had not been entered into the system. As soon as my info was entered I received multiple text msgs from two different numbers. The 1st one stating I had an appt. coming up on the 23rd... it was the 23rd. Definately a computer / humas miscommunication. I was told by the service mngr (guy with clip board, seemed in charge of customer/shop interaction) that my bumper had not been ordered, and he had no estamite, then found something and assurred me the repair would be completed by ****/25/17, ****/26 at the latest. I continued to get texts from automated system stating repair was on schedule for 2/****/17. I called and was told to disregard the "Problematic" text msgs. This continued to the point of being told by text the car was 74% completed when in fact i had already been cintacted by the shop to say it was done. I was also unable to get them to stop calling ****-****-xxxx- deceased, number is being disconnected. The car looks good, i just need to make sure the brackets are a tight fit.
