This shop in particular has done a terrible job in keeping me up to date on what is going on with my car , I've taken my car to a different service king in Geneva and they did a great job. When you call them the automated prompts even tell you that you can track your cars progress and that they should be giving you regular updates. I've had to call about 4 times, each time I've had to ask them when it would be ready , the initial estimated day to be completed was way off by almost 3 weeks. Since I brought my car there they have told me it will be ready this day, then I would call them ask them if it's ready and they would reply with another date that it would be ready . finally after 3 times of them telling me different dates of my cars completion, we went to pick it up and the car was not fixed correctly . The rear bumper which was the main damaged area did not fit properly and had noticeable gaps. Not just was it not fixed right but they forgot to put an under-shield for the engine that was suppose to of been put on the first time I brought my car to a different location months ago. As well with part of the rear of the cars paint seemed to have been burned from the polishing machine or cleaning machines they used to detail the car . The manager then told us he would fix the issue and fix the fitment of the rear bumper and put the under shield on. 3 days later after going to pick up the car and noticing these problems I had to once again call them to find out when it would be ready. They told me it was actually ready to be picked up . So we went to pick it up only to find out the rear bumper fitment was the exact same and the under shield was never put on. This whole time we had no more rental car since the shop had taken way over the amount of time my insurance gave me for a rental car. The man who was involved with my case was Chris Harry and the manager who told me he would fix the issues and personally call me when it was ready was Keith , Keith never personally called me to tell me it was ready and he did not keep his word on fixing my car right after complaining to him about all my concerns. I've had family members taken there cars to this exact location and have also had issues with their cars not being fixed correctly.

I was totally satisfied with the results of the repair of my car... looks like brand new, I couldn’t recall the looks of my car before when it was damaged..oh boy u guys are really excellent in fixing the collision car damages... I know that you worked hard to make the results perfect , and it’s our satisfaction too as a customer...I couldn’t believe and surprised and everything looks perfect to me ...since the time that I turned in the car ...from day one to the finish you keep in touch With me, give the info or the update, really really appreciated that... so what else I can say ...am giving Chris Harry the scale of 10 for job well done...and I will recommend this shop to some of my friends.....thanks service king ......mspencer81018

The whole team at Service King provided exemplary customer service. The whole process was thoroughly explained to me by Amanda and Brandon as well as Matt and Jon who repaired my vehicle. I received text updates to let me know the status of my car's repairs and they were able to work with me in picking up my car that would comply with my work schedule. My car looks brand new, I am beyond pleased. The back end doesn't even look like it had damage and I received my car clean, washed and smelling great.
