Please don't contact me further. ****. Car was promised Tuesday, not ready until Thursday. 2. Was promised an update call Monday. Nothing until Tuesday. 3. Paint color doesnt match. 4. Alignment of bumper at driver's rear quarter panel seam not perfect (****/16" ridge).

I am satisfied with the service that I received from the from the personnel at the Naperville Service King. From the front desk person to the contact person for State Farm claims. Keith took good care of all my concerns for my auto. However my service from Hertz was not good in my estimation. The worse being told when I got my rental car that there wasn’t much gas in the car and to go to the gas station right away .
