I would like to thank Matt for his professional service, attention to detail, outstanding communication and his willingness to go above and beyond while working with Farm Bureau of NC. Matt was diligent in providing documentation, following up and advocating for my rental car coverage. Matt was given a specific time frame to have my car ready so that it coincided with the rental agreement. Matt made it happen with high quality customer service and communication. When you allow another vendor in your facility, they should have the same ethics and integrity as Service King had. Enterprise rental was there to offer rentals for your customers that arrived. They said two cars were on there way, when in fact they weren’t. As three customers waited over 35 minutes, then the rental company said they were very busy and a car would pick us up and drive us to enterprise where we can do the paperwork there.
