The final repair looked great and satisfied with the look of it. My issue was that my service advisor didn't fully document all of my concerns in the beginning that I feel led to a longer repair time which cost me more in car rental fees. Fortunately for me, this is my first repair experience in my 34 years of driving, so perhaps I should have documented more on the form that was handed to me virtually without text, just areas of the car circled. Had I known that this document was so critical then I would have seized the opportunity to add more information. I will be glad to discuss more details about my full experience.

Workmanship is very good. It took nearly 3 weeks to complete though and that seems extreme especially considering a complete new car is built in approximately 18 hours.

To clarify I was happy especially with Brendon but please notify customer before going over the estimate for the repair so when its time to pick up you aren't surprised. It took way longer to repair because of Toyota part being delayed.

Car was kept from December 26 - January 10th, delayed twice due to wrong part ordered/received.
Communication was horrible, had to call every time but once. Need to update your text messaging stating to not reply because it is not checked? We replied several times without response to our questions. Called and asked for additional services while the car was in the shop. I was told “no problem” and I would receive a call to discuss after the requested items where looked at by a tech, never happened. Discussed with Chris, Service King rep., when picking the car up, he seemed more interested in getting me out the door than having a meanful conversation about my experience.
The work performed was fine, the service and communication follow through was horrible. I will not be returning or recommending and will discuss with my Allstate agent/case worker.
