Tyler and Keysha went above and beyond to work with a very difficult insurance angency out of state and work overtime to finish My Lincoln Navigatir (which has a complex pearlescent paint) in a speedy fashion . Scheduling was poor. Dropped the car off at my scheduled appt. Monday morning and was initially given a rough estimate of completion by Friday. On Friday, received a call stating the hood needed to be ordered and it would be a few more days. At the next estimated date of completion, I called and was informed it would be another day. Is it that hard to make a quick phone call giving me an update. Also, I'm assuming the car sat in the lot for the entire 1st week until they realized they needed a replacement hood. Isn't that what an appointment is for, to at least start the process and make sure you have what you need for the repairs? Definitely wasn't impressed. I still need to bring it back so they can finish installing the name badging and align the hood again, but my schedule makes it difficult to bring the car back up to Sandy.

The work done is great, car looks as good as ever. However, I was not completely satisfied due to the oversight on the pick up date. I understand that mistakes happen and my pickup situation was unique so I'm not going to go write poor reviews or anything. I just can't say I was completely satisfied for that reason.
