We had a problem where our insurance agent did not add our daughter onto our insurance policy. I called in with her license number and ss# but they didn't finish enrollment. So when I called to report the accident we were out of luck. Our adjuster recommended Everest because she said they were really honest and reliable. And she was right. My daughter had gone out of a driveway and bottomed out our Mazda 6. We had radiator damage and the bumper came off. We later found there was an issue with the radiator harness, one front light and the rear lights weren't working. Everest was able to fix everything for less than our deductible. We only had necessary repairs and since the cosmetic repairs were underneath we did not have them paint. Plus they were able to somehow get the front light aligned correctly without having to replace it like they originally thought. They worked hard to be able to help save us money knowing we were in a bad situation and the car was repaired to our satisfaction at a reasonable price we could afford. I felt I could trust them. When i went to pick the car up Devin told me he had quoted me an hour for painting but we weren't having it done so the price was 100 less than he originally told me. I never would have known. And after I got the bill I realized they did all that work for only 105 more than I paid some idiot at Goodyear to replace a fuel pump in my 12 year old SUV. I think they have a real customer oriented attitude. I was a highly trained customer service worker and trainer who taught others to be customer service minded. I am super picky and very sensitive about that and I notice things. I would highly recommend Everest in Sandy Utah for their customer service, integrity and quality repairs.

The work done by Everest was superb! I have been to the shop in salt lake as well as sandy and each time I was treated very well. They do exceptional work at a fair price. Keisha was especially courteous and very knowledgeable about the work that was performed! Sean has put together a fantastic group of personnel to ensure customer satisfaction

I was impressed that devan stayed late because I got stuck in traffic so that I could get my car. It was washed and cleaned. They also cleaned my windows on the inside and washed the rubber mats I have in the front. In addition the bumper looks great. I would trust them again in a heart beat.

My experience was excellent. I was very happy with the quick estimate, and the quick fix. The people with whom I interacted with we're very friendly. The only thing that was a slight mishap was that I am now missing a button from my consol, but it is not a big deal. I fact it was a pleasant surprise that they cleaned my consoles and windows.
