From start to finish I was provided great customer service. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, kind, and professional. I received status updates weekly as promised. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I was happy with the work performed and the gentleman who went over all the details, did a great job! I'm a satisfied customer.

I am completely satisfied with the work done. There is no sign of any difference in paint job compared to other part of the vehicle. It blends with existing color and my wife really happy there is no sign of impact. I chosen this based on near my location, but it is the right decision I made. Thanks D&V for giving good care to my vehicle.

From start to finish this was as good an experience as one can have with their car in an auto body shop. Great customer service and professionalism from the front desk greeting to the delivery and walk around. Great work from all at D&V, car looks new.

Quoted 4-7 days to complete the work and it took 18. I have been using D&V for years and I think this may be my last visit. Especially when this is the second bad experience in a row.
