I brought my car in 2 years ago for some very expensive repairs and Eduardo was great to work with. He was continually following up via email and letting me know what was going on with my car. I did NOT have a good experience working with Andrew this time around. There were almost no updates - I brought my car in for an estimate and 3 days had passed with no word as to what was going on. I called Andrew and he said they were waiting on my insurance. I called MetLife and they told me they had already sent the check out and we should have been ready to move forward. Again - no word from Andrew that this was the case, and he didn't even remember who I was when I called. After speaking with MetLife, I went in to drop my car off the next day. Andrew told me I couldn't yet and they had to pre-order the parts. My question is - why wasn't I notified of this? After complaining, I was told I could leave my car. I also asked Andrew if I could get some help with the deductible. I was rear ended where the other person took off before I could get any information, and had to pay a $200 deductible. Having been to D&V before, I was hoping I could get some assistance. Andrew said he would check with his boss and I never heard another word on it. I asked again the next time I came in to drop off my car, and he told me the same thing - that he would check with his boss. I still never heard a word on if he checked or not. When I signed the paperwork upon dropping off my car, I checked that box that I would prefer to be updated via email and never received an email from Andrew. He called me once throughout the entire process (2 week period). Every other time I had to reach out to him including the very day my car was supposed to be completed. 8/5/19 in the late afternoon I called to get the status on my vehicle. I was forwarded to Andrew to tell me that it was being cleaned and will be ready for pickup tomorrow. I came in to pick up my car and of course there was nothing about if there would be any assistance with my deductible. If it is not something that could be done, then I would have at least appreciated to know that there was an attempt made. Inspecting my car, I found scratches on the rear plastic molding so Andrew took pictures and said he will call me in a few days and he will order the part. I am skeptical on if I will ever hear back.
