I was completely satisfied with my rep, Ron, however i noticed that my soda spill on my dash and console which was a result of being rear ended was not completely cleaned up. Body work was perfect.i will still return for any future body work issues.

Kevin was absolutely great and I enjoyed working with him. He made sure my repair was well documented with pictures just like I asked. Plus he gave me a 10% military discount. Thanks Kevin!

Great experience. This was an insurance job, so it was nice that everything was handled and made the inconvenience of being run into by a deer minimal. That was greatly appreciated.

I'm always satisfied with D & V service. Only thing that I will say is with me building relationships have been something that I cherish. I been with D & V Autobody for over 10 years. Kevin is the first person I ever interacted with...even when dealing with Ron I still dealt with Kevin. Now Johnny is in charged of account which he did and exceptional job. I just felt since you all moved that it hasn't been the same...relationship as once before. You all have expanded and are busy swamped I understand the feeling but the 3 times that I have been there it seemed that I have been pushed aside by Kevin. The second time I came in he made me feel 10 x better about his loyalty of my business that was first time I brought the ZDX in. The third time (which was recent) was rushed too and I was surprised with Kevin cause it just made me feel like I was being brushed off. It was a busy Monday and I don't want to make a big deal about this because its not just wanted to make Kevin aware of this. Next time I bring my vehicle in we will talk about it them I'll go to Johnnie cause that's procedure. I'm very satisfied David, Venus, Jen, Tracey, Johnnie, Ronnie and Kevin did an excellent job I will be back. Hopefully not many time as my gold bomber I think I'm more experienced now. Thank you all and have a Happy and blessed NEW YEAR! 2013 is awesome and I know you all are going to ROCk.

The entire experience was pleasant. Great customer service from Jon as well as the ladies at the front desk. Car was cleaner when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Very impressed and have already gave string recommendations to friends.

Having heard all kinds of stories about auto body repair, and never having been to an auto body repair facility, I was fearing the worst. This place is something else, the people were friendly, helpful, informative, they communicate and without a doubt I give a strong recommendation. If anyone ever needs auto body work then go nowhere else but here.
