The car looks great! Thank you for erasing all evidence of my accident and for the thorough detailing job. I'm so happy to be driving my own car again and on top of that I can take pride in rolling around in a super clean ride. :-) The accident was a real downer so getting my car back in great shape is a definite pick-me-up. Absolutely the best experience at D & V. Not like the typical assembly line treatment you get at repair shops, D & V was the epitome of a professional business. Ron was knowledgable, courteous and most importantly took the time to discus all that would be done. Finish clear coating the paint. The inside fender between the door and front fender was not clear coated. The front speakers do not work,the driver door squeaks like an old ship. The hood needs adjusting. I don't think this can be resolved in 10 minutes on a Saturday. The car was completed 15 days late, although I was out of the country it is important to be more accurate when estimating completion of a job and given the extra time why am I now needing to bring the car back to be completed? I find it to be poor workmanship when things like clear coat are incomplete in visible areas. It makes it obvious the car had repairs. The doors were off, why was the clear coat not finished around the inside of the fender and part of the jam? I really do not have more time for this. Since the clear was not completed in the first pass cutting it in now will be more difficult.
