Working with D&V was a complete surprise. They were extremely professional, very transparent, and provided daily thorough updates on my car. When it came time to pick her up, I had personal complications that forced me to delay picking her up and D&V was courteous and understanding. I would definitely recommend friends and family to D&V and will be working with them again next year when it is time for a full respray.

I would like a call from Ahmed. I have found screws in a cupholder. My gas tank plate was removed and in cupholder. I have found what appears to be overspray on a mirror and on a rim and a dent up high on frame that was not there when i dropped it off. The car has been driven a total of 4 times since it was picked up and is garaged. Please follow-up. Thank you.

What an extremely professional operation! The staff and the service were exceptional, in particular Ahmad and ****. The secure facility was a bonus - I felt safe leaving my brand new Volvo XC60 there for the week. The updates and communication were great, as was their seamless interaction with USAA. body paint is not matching with the rear panel painted , new paint looks little lighter tone than the original paint, I was told to wait a few days to see if the new paint blends overtime.not properly detailed, wheels have a lot of dust, hood has minor scratches and not properly waxed, overall not very happy with the work, all the reputation is not true may be.
