D&V Autobody did an awesome job with my recent repair. There were some delays in completion (not D&V's fault...OEM part was on backorder). Ron was great to work with...very courteous and kept me informed of status throughout the process. Everybody that I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly. Hopefully, I won't need autobody repair in the future, but if I do, I know where I am going! Thanks D&V! Ryan

After picking up my car from your shop I had to take my car directly yo the BMW dealership. There is an issue with the battery, apparently the car was seating for too long causing a discharge on the battery.

Everyone, EVERYONE, was very professional and personable. The work on your end (as vs the other driver's insurance company) was extremely fast. Might want to do away with the auto update and go to a personal update from a person. Getting an auto update stating that I'm one day from picking up my finished car to getting notified that my car won't be ready for another 20days is kind of irritating...but this has nothing to do with the customer service I received nor the craftsmanship of the finished product!
