I encourage the team to continue educating customers prior to beginning any repairs also allowing customers to ask as many questions as desired to better understand the repairing process. Also, keep up the noticeable professionalism and admirable interaction between peers... customers do notice that as well. Superb job D&V Autobody team! Continue providing customers with service excellence and avoid becoming complacent... the challenge is not being #****, it's staying #****!
