Excellent communication from Angelyanne. This was an unusual experience due to the fact this was an insurance claim from a rear end collision, so I did not have to pay for any of the repairs. I received detailed email updates, pictures, texts and phone calls that were extremely informative, yet concise. There also was excellent communication between the insurance adjuster and insurance billing regarding lengthening my car rental (due to a minor delay) which was hugely appreciated. This is the best experience with a body shop that I’ve ever had. The repairs were completed in the time frame that was quoted. If I would ever need your services in the future, I would trust to bring my car to you and will be recommending you to friends and family. Thank you to your entire staff, from the first person who did my estimate to Angelyanne, to the front desk receptionists handing me my keys) and making me feel like a valued customer.

My windshield washer light now comes on and the reservoir is full and when driving by guard rails my sensor goes off, meaning the calibration of the sensor is incorrect.

I want to thank D and V Autobody for excellent work on my car. I would give you an A+ for this. During the 2 ****/2 months that you had my car, I would have preferred to have regular updates from your service department about the progress of the repair. And the length of time for which I was without a car was extremely long…. Although I understand you had unforeseen issues which caused the delay. My interactions with all of your staff were professional, and excellent.
