Had my 08 impala ss rear bumper cover and hardware replaced. Mike was great working with and showed genuine concern for my issue. I will be going back to see Mike to have the exhaust finished. Great job but initial estimates vs. Final bill were far apart. Need to be more transparent upfront and give more realistic estimates. Better to over deliver than under promise.
