I've never had auto body repair needs before, but my experience was GREAT !! Your firm did a wonderful job, it was close and convenient to my home, the car rental was equally wonderful, and everything was fixed in just under a week. When I picked up my vehicle, it was washed, vacuumed, and made me feel like it was new again. I hope that everyone enjoys the same experience that I have. I didn't have an auto body preference before, I do now. Thank you again.

Mike was very close to his "top of the head" estimate. Dealership sold me the wrong part, but the bighley team contacted the dealership and took care of that problem for me late on a Friday afternoon. They loaned me a car for the weekend and to my surprise my car was ready for pickup early Monday morning. Thanks team bighley!
