Broken bracket that was brought to attention before drop off was not replaced. Weather stripping around door was left unattached. Small chip on newly painted number likely when reattached. Car needs to go back to address this.

I would have been overjoyed had my car come backs squeaky clean!! The repairs had been completed and the shop had my car an extra day. Although the repairs were done quickly and everyone was very nice, there were damages to the car - the mechanism to allow the seats to fold was broken and the seat with my car seat in it was loose and unable to be latched/locked! Very dangerous and I don't understand how this was not caught! Car was not properly inspected. I left it for over a week so there was plenty of time to fix it. I had left it while I was out of town. Now I will have to leave it again and I have no way to transport my children!!!
