Everyone was very helpful. Suzanne worked to get my car out a day early so that I could babysit my grandkids and have my car seat. That was much appreciated. The lady at the rent car went and retrieved my garage door openers from my rent car when I forgot to get them after I called to say I was coming back. The bumper looks great and the car was all washed and cleaned inside for me. It was a very good experience overall. Thank you.

Susanne was amazing best person I could have ever asked for she always kept me informed was polite and respectful when things are didn’t go the way as planned. Now for the bad your parts department could not find my bumper for a few days and when they finally did find it they ordered a chrome bumper instead of a color matched bumper like the one I had which in turn made my truck stay they longer and keep me from getting places without adding a burden on my family.
