The communication could have been a lot better. I was not kept very well informed during the repair process. Also, I was not told that my 500 deductible needed to be paid in cash until I arrived. The inside of the vehicle was covered in dust when I picked it up. It took over 7 weeks to complete the repair. Safety items, which are part of the car, are now missing from trunk compartment.
