They kept me updated through the entire process! All I needed to do was drop off my car and pick it up. They even assisted with having a rental on site for me.

The service was very good but the timing was unacceptable. The time waiting for various parts to become available was extremely excessive. I would have appreciated more effort on your part to make me aware of indefinite shipping delays on some parts, especially the passenger seat belt. This was clearly not entirely your fault. I hold GM responsible for not telling me of their policy to grant rental car reimbursement when the rented car is not a GM product. I was also unaware that the preferred rental vendor was Enterprise and not Hertz. If this process didn't take more than 30 days the rental issue would not have surfaced. I will be paying more for my rental than for my $500 deductible. I appealed to the Area Manager at Buick but I was denied reimbursement because of the aforementioned problems. I lost here. However, I would still use O'Neil Collision again. There were just too many complicated issues. And admittedly not under your control or with my knowledge. To quote a familiar saying: "Sometimes your are the windshield and sometimes you are the bug". This time I was the bug! Life goes on.

Love, Love, Love O'neil collision. Even though it took awhile to fix everything perfectly I love the end result. Jamie Brett should be commended on his kindness and professionalism. He is #**** is my book. Everyone at the collision center is super nice and very accomidating. I was very pleased with the way the vehicle looked. It was like it was brand new again. Jaime is a class A act he even filled my gas tank up because there was a bit of a delay getting it back. Got to love that. If it was up to me and he was my employee he would get a very nice bonus just to say thank you for his hard work and the pride he takes with each and every vehicle. Thank you, Donna W
