Service and representatives were good courteous and really assuring. Kudos to Terri Wooten for being prompt and helpful. Because of representatives like Terri, the experience was really good and will keep coming to Fort Bend for service. However, was unhappy with the front fender installation. Had to accept that the vehicle will now not look as it was before the collision.

The entire experience was excellent. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with my insurance adjuster, Fort Bend Toyota was already calling me to begin the process. I dealt with Shane, who was very professional, took care of things from beginning to end, and I could not be more happy with him or the company. I have told several of my friends about my experience and told them to contact Fort Bend Toyota if they ever had to have body work done on their vehicle.
