The manager was rude and very abrupt when I called to find out when my car would be ready. I would have gone else where if he was the one I met when I initially dropped off my car. I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority at Fort Bend Toyota. Regret doing business with you’ll when I had so many different places I could have gone to.
