The back tailgate was bent from the inside and I had it to the GEICO insurance adjuster. He took the photos of my car and told me it would be taken care of. Furthermore, I received a text saying my car would be fixed on November 27th, but it was not. They sent me another text saying it would be ready on December 1st, but it still wasn't ready. Finally, I received a text on December 4th and went to pick up my car at 3:30 pm that same day. An associate of yours named Joni showed me my car and I pointed out that the inside was not fixed (i.e. still bent) and the tailgate from the outside was not flushed with the bumper edge. I went to the dealer and took pictures of how it should look on a new car of the same model as mine and I'm going to see Joni tomorrow, December 7th, to show Joni how it should look. They should have been able to fix it correctly the first time and saved me the trip of coming twice without even having my car ready. It was extremely inconvenient for me to have to go to the dealership to rake pictures of the car when they should already know how it should look. I almost feel like I would have been better off taking my car to the Sterling McCall Acura Body Shop instead.

The cars paint job was awful, and had several scratches in the new paint and a scratch on the side they weren't working on. Manager is having the car repainted and hoping it looks correct when finished.
