Job well done!! Being this my first time ever (and hopefully last) in an accident, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Toyota collision center handled everything for me and the repairs to my car were completed long before the expected time, so again, job well done!!

Excellent service!

Someone at the dealership drove our vehicle 24 miles at some point. I was told that they would get down to the bottom of it because since our vehicle was there to get the bumper repaired there was no reason anyone had to drive it. Them driving our car caused the VSA and ABS lights to come on along with inconvinience and stress. Yes, Shane Steele took care of the vehicle and rental car, but he never told us who nor why someone drove our vehicle unauthorized as he said he would. He said there were cameras and that should help him to find out, but when we picked our vehicle up he said no one was going to fess up and i said but you said you have cameras and he pointed to 2 cameras ... I am dissatisfied because outside of them damaging our vehicle, we feel we should have been fully refunded the $250.00 we paid to have our bumper replaced because we weren't paying for them to drive our vehicle, not to mention they put 24 extra miles on our car. That may not be a lot to you, but it's the principle for us. So to not be able to tell me who nor why when we were told we would be and that them driving our vehicle is an offense punishable by termination, is very dissatisfying and disappointing. So if you really care to make us satisfied please refund our $250.00. Thank you for your time and understanding. Shawn and Tina R

Great Job an on time

Having had a very bad experience with Gillman Honda's body shop, I was completely awed at the excellent service I received from you folks. It wasn't the work that was the problem with Gillman, it was the service - missed deadlines, etc. Your timely and professional handling of my repairs and courteous treatment of me, the customer, was spot on!! I loved the emails tracking the progress which really helped ease my angst and let me know what to expect. I want to thank everyone involved in my repairs and keeping in touch with me very much!

The whole experience was a good one. They dealt with my collision repair in a timely manner and also helped coordinate with the service department to get additional work done and it was pretty hassle free. I would go through Fort Bend Toyota again for collision/service repair.
