The minivan was pristine, I received email updates constantly, the repair was ahead of schedule, the receptionist watched my grandkids while Shane installed car seats for the kids. Never happy about unplanned expenditures, but extremely happy of the results of Fort Bend Toyota Collsion Center. Scott Tanner imediately put me at ease that my "baby" would appear showroom new when I picked it up. When we dropped the car off the subwoofer amplifier was functioning. When we picked the car up the subwoofer amplifier was blown. Likely someone turned the volume up too high. My replacement cost was 199.
