Communication was poor, timline exceeded estimate, multiple attempts were made to reach Paul with no returned response. Upon picking up my car it was rushed and felt tossed out the door without all my keys and told they must be in the car. It was poor service all around and I am severely disappointed.

I was told that I would receive updates twice weekly and never received one until the day the car was finished. My husband or I would call to get updates. Staff would say we were getting texts but neither of us were. Very frustrating. The repairs look good, though-just very poor communication.

To be honestly this is the worst service that I had received in my entire life. Almost 2 months to fix a car and a the end when I picked up my car my Highlander war totally dirty inside. My insurance company almost paid 12K and IRA cannot clean the car, this is insane.
