Repair took much longer than originally anticipated. Lots kf delays. Poor communication. Key contact unavailable most of the time. Tried to reach but mailbox was always full. Tough to get hold of. The main desk was fine and helpful. Bad experience.

It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Staff are very professional yet extremely warm and friendly. The work performed on my vehicle was perfect. I felt like I had a brand new car. The quality of work was was top shelf. I am so happy and would never bring a vehicle anywhere but Ira Collision. I can’t thank them enough.

Hi—Your text alert program is odd. Over the course of this project I received notices that were corrected or changed with a phone call the day I got the text. Today I received a note that my car had been picked up today. We picked it up on Saturday. I am not sure why this repair took a month, but I get it was complicated and that another estimate was needed mid way through. That said, the car looks like new and everyone we dealt with, from the front desk to the pickup to Greg, the estimator, was friendly and professional. Thanks.

Repair of the vehicle was fine. Things like pre-collision system and others were not working when returned. MAJOR inconvenience to bring it back again to fix what was working when brought in originally.

I was under the impression that my car would be detailed before I picked it up. I even recieved a text saying it would be detailed. I was very disappointed. My car was not even washed.

The car looks great. However, communication was poor at best. I’m not accustomed to having to be “the squeaky wheel” to get heard. This the second time I’ve had my cars at ira collision. My experience was just as frustrating both times.
