I received my car with a noticeably damaged headlight upon pick up. The shop attempted to buff out the damage without success. I spoke to Peter and he informed me that the headlight would be repaired and would call me back after speaking with MetLife. I never recieved a call back from Peter. Also the area on the body that was repaired was not buffed out completely, there’s a dull area.

Overall, the operations at Ira need to be addressed. I came in on December 28th to schedule an appointment. When I showed up on January 7th for my scheduled appointment, there was no record of it. After I worked through that hurdle and dropped my car off, I got a call 45 minutes later asking why I left a key for an Audi and not a Subaru (note: I don’t own a Subaru. I own an Audi...which I had JUST been talking with the team about). After talking the team through this (again) I then received a call two days later to talk about the repairs. It became apparent that the team still did not know that they were supposed to working on both the FRONT and BACK of the car. After many days and many unnecessary explanations, they seemed to finally be on track. Then I got a call asking if I wanted to bring my car in for repairs even though it had already been at the shop for a week! Completely baffling to be honest. What started out as a quote of $****,800 and “3 or 4 days of work” ended up actually costing me $3,300 and 18+ days without my car. My experience was bad, to say the least.

They did a great job on the car, but I was told it would take 2-3 days and it took a week. I had to pay for a rental and I would have made other arrangements if I’d known it was going to take so long.

My truck looks brand new. I was just in for a very minor repair, a scratch on the rear bumper. But when I got the truck back, not only did the repair look great but it looks like the entire truck was detailed. Looks great! Thanks Ira!!!
