Upon getting the vehicle back there was still unrepaired damage and wires that were not properly routed therefore being pinched and visible from the exterior. Staff offered to make it right by bringing vehicle back or having someone come get it and leave a loaner. Honestly after having the car for weeks over the original estimate this should have been done correctly the first time. I would have rather waited another few days for it to be done right than make another trip back to correct mistakes.

Jason was the gentleman who handled my case. In the beginning I asked if they could do the work in 24hrs and boy, did he deliver. The work was finished the same day. And, in addition, they also cleaned the car both inside and outside ! What a great surprise that was. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

My truck was out of the paint shop on a Friday and just needed the grill, bumper cover, both passenger side door handels and some other small hardware installed. But it took another six day's for my truck to be ready for pick up. Why? I jab to pay for another six days for my rental.

My car looks great. I am completely happy. Extra care was given. The body work is perfect. The customer service is another story. When I dropped my car off I filled out a lot of paper work including how and when I wanted to be notified with updates. I had to identify specific days and provide all contact info. No one ever called me. No once. I had to call every time. The woman at the counter, Laurie was just plain nasty. Once when I called my contact Jason Louf I got his voice mail. I had already left two voicemails and he hadn't called back and the date he gave on his voicemail was about 4 days old. I thought he may be on vacation and called the main office snd got Laurie I started to explain my situation and as soon as I mentioned Jadons name she gave me his voicemail. I was still talking! I called agin and got her again and she did it again! I called again - she didn't pick up for about 20 rings and then I got the main office voice mail. I called again and some guy answered and asked me to hold. After 3 minutes I hung up and called again and got s young woman, I think her name was Melissa, and she tracked Jadon down for me. On June 30th I received a ridiculous text message that said my car would be ready on either 6/7 or 7/7. I didn't even bring my car in until 6/15 so what does this even mean? It didn't exactly fill me with confidence. Again, my car looks beautiful. You're in the body work business and your guys did great work. Jason was always helpful and let me know what was going when I called him. When I picked up my car my dealings with Laurie were uneventful. I bought my car new in 2007 and always had it serviced at the IRA Lexus Deslership where I bought it. I guess I was expecting the same level of customer care.
