Very disappointing service,very rude staff,took extra no of days for the repair and were not engaged in communication regarding the delay,have not had such a horrible service ever. I was there last year and had a very good experience. Will avoid the services in future and spread the word about the bad service received at my wok.

I am very happy ! Paul & everyone I talked to was very friendly, nice & helpful. They answered all my questions and I liked the text updates to keep me informed on the status of my truck . The work to fix my truck looks wonderful and the inside was super clean and nice when I got it back , better than before . I appreciate all the great work to fix my truck and get it back to me . While I loved the work done to my vehicle, this was the absolutely most difficult time I've ever had in trying to contact and communicate with any company I have ever encountered. That is my only complaint. Should I find a company just as highly recommended with better customer service I will not be returning. Paul Kelley was wonderful and polite!

Should not have taken almost one month to complete these repairs took one week to take apart and discover a supplement was needed. Then took another week to file that supplement with the insurance company.

I went to pick it up tonight and there were scratches and marks that weren't there before I dropped it off !PLUS I am highly allergic to chemical and perfume fragrances they shampood my car with an obnoxious shampoo so I can't go in with out getting sick plus it was there 36 days and was suppose to be ready weeks ago please can someone help me I didn't take it home tonight Paul Kelly said he would have the damages fixed. This has been the worst service in my life and my Subaru Crosstrek was purchase just a few months ago July 31st 2016 I wish someone higher up could help me plus im paying for a rental this has ruined my holidays. HELP

I was never updated on the status of my car unless I called and asked, and then I was given inaccurate information about when it would be done, resulting in me calling again when it was supposed to be done to ask again about status. Additonally, when I dropped the car off, I asked for a quote to do work to correct some scratches on the front and rear bumpers. I reminded my representative 2 weeks later about needing a quote, and again he promised to get me one. I never received a quote and when the car was ready to be picked up, the manager told me there was not enough time to do the extra work. The work that was done was very good but I am Extremely disappointed in Ira. I have been bringing my car for service but will now go to a different dealer and am unlikely to use Ira again, for body shop, service or new car purchases.

The repairs were great, but communication and customer service was not. I dropped off my car on Nov ****, and didn't receive any communication about it for a week when I got a text saying additional work needed to be done and request had been sent to insurance company. Finally repairs done after two weeks. Insurance company said initial repair should have taken two days and with supplemental repair total time should have been 5 days, not 16 days! In addition, Ira had arranged for car rental during that time. When I came to pick up my car I asked girl at front desk what I should do with my rental car. She said all I needed to do was to leave the keys in basket on counter, which I did. However Enterprise never knew the car was ready for another 5 days, costing me 150! Ira arranged for the rental and I was lead to believe that Ira returned the rental. Now James at Ira argued and said it had been my responsibility to call the rental company, not Iras. So: long repair time, little communication, and denial of responsibility. I have not been pleased.

did not complete car correctly, a gap on left side bumper ,no bumper cover had the car for two weeks should order bumper cover, cracked lens on plate light assy was not change, exhaust not centered with cut out on rear bumper . Car was hit from behind.....did not do a good inspection...
