Service was awful.....very disappointed. Confusion and lying about when vehicle was actually torn down and looked at. Vehicle was in your possession for an unacceptable amount of time (over 3 wks) before a quote was done.

The only advice I have is to update more often. I wanted text updates, but only got two during a 3 week period. . Otherwise, my car looks beautiful and it was very helpful and convenient to be able to rent a car on site.

Patricia is amazing! She kept me informed of everything going on with my car, pushed insurance when they were holding up the process, and I felt like she always had my back and was doing the best she could for me with everything. Because ira dragged their feet repairing my bumper that was hit while parked it is costing me 350 dollars that i really cant afford fot r the car rental..thank you vey much ira. Both insurance companies agreed that it shouldn't have taken more then 8 days to fix. I wont be back again.

From start to finish there was much communication. Although the insurance company was not always responsive, James and Madelyn ensured the repairs moved forward. James was very meticulous when viewing the vehicle for additional damages. Great team effort and it is much appreciated. The update process was flaky. I got two emails saying you would update me Tue and Thur, then nothing for 9 days. They were not going to my junk folder.

The only item I would note, and I recognize my car was significantly damaged and required a specific technician, was that the timing could have been a bit quicker - car arrived on January 6th to Ira and the process took several weeks for it ultimately to be taken apart. I recognize this was a high volume time when a number of collisions happen due weather and my car required specific handling so I am fine with that and understand why timing took longer than my previous experience.
