Paul Kelly was very professional and cordial from the day I dropped off my vehicle to the time the work was completed. He kept me up to date via text messages on the status all through the repair process. Although this vehicle is a Nissan I've purchased other vehicles from IRA and felt secure in selecting IRA Collision for my repairs. They worked hand in hand with Commerce so the whole process went smoothly with no interaction from me. I would definitely recommend IRA Collision to my family and friends.

I found Jason to be a remarkable employee. He always returned phone calls as soon as possible, answered my questions fully and I never felt rushed. I feel Jason is certainly an asset to Ira Collision. Also the quality of work performed by your technicians was outstanding.

One improvement would be to tell the customer that parts are not ordered until the insurance checks are signed over or you have possession of the vehicle. This is important because the rental car idiratoon (if paid by insurance co.) is based upon the number of days the appraiser says the repair will take. So if the customer drops the car off before you have ordered parts they lose time having a rental vehicle when you really have not started repairs. Tell the customer up front to turn over insurance checks (when they have the checks) then set a date for customer to turn in vehicle once you have all the parts.

My car had minor damage to the paint on one door. Estimet: 2 days. Real time it took to repair it: 8 days. Ridiculous. No one ever contacted me to update me. Instead, i called twice. Once, my call was not returned until the next day. My car gets 61 mpg. My rental got 26 mpg. I bought my last two cars from It a but I will not return for sales or Collison.

When I dropped off my car they didn't have the estimate nore my appointment. Then as the weeks went in my contact person never contacted me as I had to call whenever I had questions. I was told they would contact me with updates, on Tuesday, they never did. Then I was told my contact got a promotion so she wasn't checking her email nore responding. The front desk person was alway visible busy "having to ware many hats" due to being short handed. I picked up my car and the hood was not centered and a peice of my car came off in my hand. They fixed it which was great but I have to say it does leave me questioning the thoroughness of the rest. They detailed my Arcaro which was a very nice touch. I have to say, I feel like I wish I had gone to a smaller business which they could have spent more time on my car and less on being to busy!

You guys were great. You kept me informed of things to come and things to think about. When I was impatient your team was understanding and did not take anything personally. All phone calls where answered and returned. While the insurance appraiser was late in pronouncing my car as a total loss you guys where patient polite and responsive.
