The only complaint I have would be there wasn't much communication with what was going on with me car. It was in the shop for 3 weeks and I had to call repeatedly to get updates. Other than that I'm extremely satisfied with the results of my repair.

Please do not have someone contact me. The shop did high quality work and I am happy with the results. I think the communications could be better. It would not cost much to put up a portal for customers with current status and next steps. For instance, it took a week for you to get the estimate from the insurance company, but I had a copy and could have provided it if I knew you needed it. Also, it would be good to see what the progress is.

My car was returned to me covered in the scratch repair dust. The inside mats, door frame, steering wheel all with white dust. The outside covered in prints and dust. The service advisor who grabbed key didn’t say a word. When I complained he said “oh I thought you brought it in dirty”. Car was less than a week old. Typically your car is washed and vacuumed if they make a mess. Service advisor quickly wiped door down and jogged off. I drove off and got home and my entire back side (black sweater ) was covered in white dust. I was furious. Who spends that much money on an Audi, finds it has a scratch when you pick it up, and then the car gets fixed and it’s dirty when picked up? I now need to get it washed and inside detailed. Luckily the Audi dealership offered to do it when they heard. The service at Ira Audi does not match the level of the dealership.

From the time I was first contacted I was misled about all phases of the operation. Paperwork was held up for a week and I was told it was the insurance company however, my adjuster had been there, turned the report in and I had a check in my hand while I was being lied to. This delayed my repair at least a week. Then upon an inquiry to you from my insurance agent you lied to them and said the car had just gotten there and it was not a priority when the car had been there two weeks already.Then, you lost my key and I would assume that the delay in being told the key was missing, several days after it was lost, can attribute to more lost days working on my car. Then once I got the replacement key you replaced the lost key with a valet key, that's just not right. When you mess something up of someone's you make it right not cheap out. Then I went to pick up the car and my remote starter didn't work because you re-coded the keys. I was told I should have told you I had a remote starter, I don't know why, it should have had nothing to do with the work except for you losing my key. Should I have told you the car has a spare tire too? This whole experience has been tiring. Even though it had been offered to have the car brought to Pro Sound to fix the remote starter, don't know why a Subaru dealer cannot re-code a factory remote starter, I decided to take the car and cut my losses and get the remoter starter fixed on my own. I have no idea how you could be profitable when you treat customers this way.

I was very impressed with my total experience. I was always kept a breast of every aspect of my repairs and also appreciated the fact that my rear window was taken care of when I couldn't get answer about it from anyone else. Great team!!! I have been an Ira customer for quite a while. The one time I wasn’t super happy was with the detailing. Other than that, awesome is the word!!!!????????????
